From One Family Farm
to Your Roastery

In 2022, my brother Lucas Tan acquired over 20 hectares within Fazenda Santa Maria — a historic estate in the heart of Sul de Minas, sitting at 1,340 meters on red volcanic soil. He grows Catucaí Amarelo, Mundo Novo, and Topázio, each hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed on the farm's own patios.

Every lot is cupped and scored by our Brazilian partner Maira Dutra, a licensed Q Grader. Green beans are milled at Carapina (Grupo Pacorini) and shipped in 60 kg GrainPro bags — direct from Lucas's farm to Bay Area roasters. No brokers. No traders.
